Hi, I'm gonna give this a shot and hopefully the big guns will pop round later to correct me if i missed anything this is old. Download Nero-6.6.1.15a from here This is a roxio driver and it's been said often enough on this forum that nero and roxio don't work well together. Run roxio zap to remove it. Download here Try 'Verbatim' Hope this helps.
let's try this again Note your serial number. Uninstall your nero by running nero 6 clean tool (download here) clean your registry by running ccleaner (download here) Reboot. Install your downloaded Nero 6.6.1.15a. Pls post your log if the burn process fails again after this.
