Can anyone explain how to reset ntsc on this recorder, it was humming so I went to setup searching options and i changed ntsc I guess to pal and no menu or display with show up to reset to restore on the tv screen, I unpluged 1 wk, took apart reset the wire connectors.still nothing,I've had the unit since dec 05 no problems until I changed the settings,is there software or updates or changing bios or the chip to get into setting,to change pal to ntsc.or dose anyone know were to buy parts, sincere appltech
Try this from LiteON support site: Check whether the recorder is set to progressive mode with an incompatible TV. Reset the recorder by pressing 'Right', 5, 0, 2, 0, 'ENTER' on the remote control.
thak you I'll try this,I got to find the remote and search for the progressive mode on the remote,and hook it back up to an older tv set.appltech.
