a lot of us get spam mail in our emails as i get close to a 100 a day so we don't want anymore or have it here. talk to drd as this is his site for his reason for that rule but i & most go with that rule. you were given a 2nd chance & about the 3rd one in the 5 months i've been here with that chance
There are a couple reasons why it's such a big deal. First and formost this is a tech site where folks come to help or get helped. They don't come here to look at advertisements and shouldn't have to. Second, if we allowed all these advertisements our forums would become hopelessly clogged with them - I know because I delete them each and every day. Folks trying to get help shouldn't have to needlessly wade through all that junk to get the information they need.
