The first thing is when i put it in. everything is scrunched up its like a line. the other thing is it wont start or play. it wont do anything. on the DVD display it says PBc for some reason. i dont know what that means tho.
try swithing off pbc there should be a button on the remote somtimes it switches off by pressing the a-b button?
i just tried and still no luck. it works when i watch it on the computer but in all my dvd players its the same.
