These are the files you should have:
    VIDEO_TS.IFO
    VIDEO_TS.VOB
    VIDEO_TS.BUP
    VTS_01_0.IFO
    VTS_01_0.VOB
    VTS_01_1.VOB
    VTS_01_2.VOB
    VTS_01_3.VOB
    VTS_01_4.VOB
    VTS_01_5.VOB
    VTS_01_0.BUP

Well, I just checked and I am missing 2 files. I don't have Video_TS.VOB and VTS_01_0.VOB. So what do I have to do? Start over again with Avi2dvd? I just don't know what that has to do with not putting the whole video on there. The size of the files on the disc just don't match with the amount of video on there. Could u explain a little. I guess I just don't know as much to troubleshoot this. I am just so confused right now.

Try processing the files to a new folder with VobBlanker which is more powerful than FixVTS.

That's ok. They're not really needed. Process through VobBlanker.
Do all your files start with VTS_01?

Yeah except Video_TS.IFO and Video_TS.BUP, the rest start with VTS_01. Can u give me a little direction step by step, so I don't waste another disc? What do I do next?

Process the files to a new folder using VobBlanker and then check the files through DVD Shrink. If this fails, then your files are corrupted.

So if after that and it doesn't work then, just delete the files and download another video from another source?

They have to be corrupted because it isn't changing at all. It still says 4.26 gigs, and 18 mins. long. I'm just gonna start over, thanks for all your help.

After reading through all your posts, it looks like your IFO files are messed up.
I would get ConvertXtoDVD and process original AVI with that one to get correct DVD format. Lots of people use that for conversion.
It definitely looks like something went wrong in Avi2DVD conversion. Just read comments on that app, some are similar to what you are experiencing.
TY disc you are using to burn is a very good media.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I finally figured out that the files were corrupted and started over with new ones. They came out perfect. Thanks again for all of your help guys.
