I have always used DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink to copy my DVD's. I recently has been getting an error when burning the DVD back to a new disk that says the "device is not ready (unable to recover TOC)". I thought maybe I should just try another avenue and downloaded ImgBurn. I am getting the same message with it to. Can someone help me on what I can do to correct this problem? I recently had to have a new dvd writer installed in my laptop and wonder if this could be my problem. Thanks for your help.
