Me too I enjoy my psp. It's a long way from the game boys and sega game gear laying around the house You'd be surprised how many of us 'older' people have psp's. But then again I don't play any console - handheld or 'full size' for hours at a time. Heck I even use my iPhone more for the apps, games & music than I do for a phone. @locoeng - you mean modders

This isn't an incoherent thread award, but rather a logical, well thought out post from a new member who actually used the search function before posting, fully explained the problem and narrowed to cause down to one simple thing. @Smmorris, I think he's talking about fishing out a free modem with a fishing net eh? Someone please tell him that waterlogged electronics seldom work, that's why they are free. and then get offered to get em feet wet.
