If there isn't already, there should be a clause in the ToS stating that you can be premanently banned for failing to make any sense

I'll be the first to say I hate Wiis, because it has like two good games and the rest are total shovelware that developers know people will still buy because half the people that own Wiis don't know the first thing about good games in the first place!
