incomplete file

    hello....i had downloaded a file from dc++ and after the downloading was finished, the downloaded file was still in the ".DCTMP" file format in the Incomplete folder of DC++.
    The file was supposed to be converted to .avi format but it is still in the .dctmp.
    please help to resolve this problem.

    Maybe the computer you got it from wasn't finished on their end.

    Maybe the file was corrupt that why it cannot be played. Sometimes too slow internet can instantly finished a downloading file but it is corrupt.
