    Ferg,

    Whats goin down with the eurovox ferg? mines been running with no issues at all, just askin incase it ever does go sponge bob square pants style.

    it seems to be a Irish issue No channels pixalation and freezing as well

    Hmmmm not to good, lets hope a fix will be available for our celtic cousins from Eire in the near future.

    going down hill very quick what was once a good box is no longer as there tuners on their new boxes are not quiet up to the job really plus all the boxes with the 8% problems as well

    Thats not to good at all. I am glad I have an older eurovox 2008. Its amazing how the quality can change by changing to cheaper components, no luck to them if this is the case as people will move to the better made box.

    ferg you about? got a clone running 257fixed its display is stuck on zero screen is showing a black screen with the yellow box showing its on jetix sound is playing very quietly in the background remote will not do anything but it is working fine connected it up to pc gtrom says cant open serial port last error; the system cant find the file specified i'm using a usb adaptor that i've never had any problems with before error code is the same using all 8 usb ports and selecting com1-4 any idea's

    rich sounds like a cap on its way out did you try a factory reset and see if you can flash it then but i wold say it is a capacitor on the power board that is failing c11 cap i think it is

    my starview the box (not clone) jus came up wit all channels scrambled, checked emu it was off, any ideas why it decided to turn emu off on me? its no big deal had it sorted in secondds with the knoledge i gained from you guys. im just curious and tring to broadin my horizons lol

    starviews are known for emu to get switched off,wasit powered off for a while then on usually happens then

    anybody know what the modulator in user setup should be set to, kids were messing with controls and some how i think changed it. the sv box is still working but want to make sure its at the right setting. I'm on n** dublin Thanks.

    The EMU should be always set to ON.

    hey guys does anybody know if the box super has been cloned already cos i've just found on fleabay a seller selling them 10quid cheaper than everybody else and he doesn't have one of them little gold circles like all the other sellers have and he'll sell 2 boxes for 170 which is pretty cheap????

    Nope they have not they are only out about 2/3 weeks so i would very much doubt it in this short space of time any way with the new combined firmware loader it will not work on a clone box that is the idea of bringing out combined loaders

    If you are going to buy get from a reputable dealer that is all i say cheap is not always cheap in the end
