Right lads ....latest!!! did what was suggested and now have sound and picture...but only 33 channels nearly there, did what ryanmg said. and re coded, thanks fergus, something not right though!!!!!!!!

ok.do you know how to load a channel dump its probably your best option

 

I can just about turn on and off the TV i am not computer wide at all ..i was talking instead of listening in school ha! ha!

 

did you flash your box or did someone else do it?and do you have a null modem cable?

 

just wanted to know if any 1 can help for the last 2 days i have had no sound on i*v 1 this had also happend to 2 of my m8s. i have no problems with any other channels

 

itv is uk isn't it.try a manual scan of that channel.

 

put the channel on look at the freq it is on then go to installation and do a manual scan for the freq then exit out and you should be good to go

Well done lads, I panicked when I saw my box down but yet again, you guys have the answer! Keep it up!

 

I did what you told me... then fergus told me that once i had hit the default button i lost the codes so i put them back in and presto so thanks to you both..... happy days.....
