Noodle have you got a splitter on your box, if not you may have it connected into the FM rf outlet of your N** box and you need it to be plugged in TV rf outlet.

Check that this is not the case.

You need to connect the cable from wall into cable input on box then you need a scart lead not another lead scart lead only one part to the box it is marked at the back the other to the tv that could be your problem you are not using scart lead

The N*L box on the wall , the cable is in TV and goes into the cable input on the SV , then the scart goes from the Starview to the back of your TV

Im on NTL Dublin. Just after midnight last night(Sunday) all channels became 'Bad or Scrambled' I switched off and went to bed.
Don't know what its like now as I'm in work.

I flashed to V4 about a month ago, and it has autoscrolled since. Should I now move to v4.5 or am I alright to stay on v4.

What are the benefits of v4.5?

You should be OK as N** had a problem and by switching off and on your box will be OK.

Version 4.5 is only for "The Box", (Starview 2) and not a Starview 1.
