if you click on the codes link on the bottom of my post and scroll down you will find a freq chart on that page ok

 

I've used that already for all the other channels, it was very useful, but no Sky Sports. Any ideas?

has anyone else experienced a frequency change on some channels or has it just affected sth dublin

 

yeah mike i did but i have a replay lite im missin some channels none of importance but missin none the less and im north dublin

 

scan on frequency 394.250 and 402.00 should get all the missing ones back

 

is that with starview or replay

 

the freq is the same for all boxes

 

I'm not getting any channels on those freq.

you can try this and see will it work for you ok

1 Go to menu first
2.factory settings,password code 1668,press ok for it to delete the channels
3.Then turn your box off and wait a moment then turn back on again
4.pick your language,english then press ok.
5 go to installation,cable network check your provider,automatic scan.
6 once its done scanning,press exit exit twice from here
7.now your in the main menu,,press 1570 on remote pad.
8.now your in the cas menu,press the down tab once,to go to emu and turn it on,exit three times to get back to screen and view channels

 

Hi Gang,just in from work and the box is playing up.... did all the usual, checked the codes and noticed 1 of the didgets had changed itself so rectified this ,did the factory reset etc,etc and got back 141 channels, blank screen and sound only the channel ID ,however i noticed that the channels without the dollar sign??work perfectly but the others dont ....anyone any ideas...cheers

 

You now need to turn your emu back on

menu >1570>emu switch on

then exit out 3 times and you should be sorted

 

is there anything on screen like "scrambled or bad channel" or "data is being updated"

Des did you turn the box off at the back after you did your factory reset as you need to do this also check your cable take it out of the box and put it into the tv and see do you have stations before you do amother factory reset

 

try doing menu 1570 then ok on "set default key" and exit back out and see will it update

 

thanks Fergus..yes i turned off for 2 minutes, checked codes set the EMU to on exited ok, still have perfect Euro news X5, bubbles etc but nothing else ....

 

des do another factory reset this time take the main lead out of the socket ok then try again ok

 

thanks Mike, however i never downloaded anything to autoupdate, (flashing)???? as i dont know how to ...so can i still do the default key without blowing up the box (although at this time it wouldn,t be a bad idea ARGH!!!!!
