Information about upcoming Halo 3

i think they kinda pulled a "kill bill". if you don't know, Kill Bill V 1 and 2 are actually the same movie. they just split it in two so it wouldnt have to sit in the theater for 6 hours and spent the year just edditing kill bill 2. I think they planned on making one game, but then decided to split it and started halo 3 about half wa y into development of halo 2

 

I agree w/ [bold]frankfrut[/bold] about the idea about kill bill. Although it would seem silly to release it in Feb. They should wait until after July or something (although if it came out tomorrow I'd probably buy it). like [bold]XxRyanxX[/bold] said, they took almost 4 years to make the dang thing, and that's just waaaay to much time for that short of a campaign.

 

my fav combo is the oozie and the plasma rifle..

 

Plasma pistol is cool when its with a rifl, it deleted there shield then u can kill them and with the no reloading, instead of reload it overheats.

 

If they release halo 3 0n feb 9th then it would be kinda like the the matrix revolutions since this movie was released incredibly early the same year as matrix reloaded. But then again after waiting 3 years for halo 2 a halo 3 on feb 9th would mean twice the fun. By the way my predictions of halo 3 are over since this may be my last time on this forum its time for me to move on. And I hope Halo 3 ends the series because most things become stupid if they just make it keep going plus it will get boring. I hope halo 3 ends the trilogy with a bang! By the way no one has answered me on wheather there is another way to get the scarab gun. Alright people peace out.

 

does anyone know whether there will be the new warthogs like the snow warthogs or if there will be the 4 wheel motorbikes in halo 3 cause i saw pictures of them in a halo 2 site and was dissapointed when they werent there.

Ok, first off, everyone is talking about Feb 9th, when you beat the game on Legendary ok? well i have never seen the message, i even played legendary, didnt see it, played easy, normal, heroic, and then legendary again,(yeah i know what a freakin waste of time) and i still didnt see it after i beat it on all four diffs. BUT maybe i missed it, somehow, and it really is there, but in other news maybe FEB 9th is just a download, maybe more campain, maybe more options in live or multiplayer, i do know that just a few days ago they added "Team Slayer" gametype to matchmaking, and you didnt even have to download anything, it was an update to the "Halo 2 Live Server" itself so maybe we should be thinking that this elegged feb 9th is a campain addition of some sort, it could even mean that they are adding co-op to online, they have the option but they never finished it before the game came out so they disabled it, any more ideas people? i forgot what else i wanted to say. LOL

hey i just watched the special edition dvd and saw the 4 wheel bike and all these other cool vehicles. if youve seen it do you reckon the'll put them into halo 3

 

i think the reason they didnt put the ATV (4 wheeled bike) or the snow warthog in was because u can not hijack them. any thorts?

 

it makes sense to have an atv because it would be the human ghost just like the spectre being the covanents warthog. everything should be equal but with slight differances(even the guns are similar plasma rifle- smg. etc)

 

plus the hijacking would be easy, it would be like the ghosts and for the warthogs it would be the same as what they normally do. if anyone who reads this works at bungie or microsoft on the Halo 3 game or has links could you pleeeeeese ask them to incorporate these vehicles (with guns)and also get some water vehicles and some human flying vehicles cause that would be really cool.

I hope im not right but i have a feeling that Halo3 isnt going to be out until nov 6th or the 13th. I think this because they delayed halo2 for 3 years and brang it back on the same day just later then they will do that for this game. UNLESS it is finished already. supposedly it is already done and ready to go but if it hasnt even been started then nov 6th or the 13th will be your day...

You know what would be so AWSOME!! IF that on Halo 2...we can download new GUNS n some Hotrides like the one u were talking about earlyer the Flamethrower and the mongoose you were saying and if would be awsome if they make a Halo Movie!

 

well,the flame thrower sucks and isnt worth picken up cuz it dont kill like other guns and runs out of ammo fast.I think that they probably will put the ATV's in Halo 3 and no it wont be hard to hijack them and whoever said that its to hard to hi-jack then your crazy,lol no offense.Im gussen like i said earlyer that if anything is gona happen on Feb. 9th then it will probably be a Xbox Live update and/or a Bungie or Microsoft will make an announcement......peace

 

O,and 1 more thing,I heard that the Febuary 9th thing on halo 2 beatin on Legendary is a fake that somone just said,cuz i beat it on Legendary,Heroic,and Normal,and so did all my friends(on legendary)and they didnt see a thing,and how good is the Scarab Gun???does it kill in 1 shot?

Although we can track stats for multiplayer games, we can't do so for Campaign, which is a shame, because one talented player has managed to complete Halo 2 in Legendary mode in "about ten hours." This beats our tester's records by a considerable amount and is to be admired without question.

Some players are barely able to get past the second boarding party on the very first level in less than three hours, so to complete the entire game on Legendary in ten is incredible. It prolly does say comin feb 9th. how could 1000 different ppl say they saw it but u still think its fake? U just got a defective game! And i still dnt believe any1 could beat Halo2 in 10 hours. That would be about 45 mins a level! Thats kinda amazing to me. I wouldnt say im one of the best Halo players out there but i am really good. It took me about 10 hours to beat it on normal(the 1st time through and hadnt played Halo in ab a year). I also heard that the quickest any Bungie worker beat it was like 20-30 hours. Cant remember where i read that so its probably false but still. 10 hours!!! Very unlikely!!!
