Information about upcoming Halo 3

Is the Halo 2 clip of the stationary gun that gets bombed part of halo 3, and if so, why was it moved?

hey diablo, will there be anymore in-game demonstrations of halo 3 or demos in the near future?

 

I'm new to this forum...enjoy halo quite a bit..anyways...i've watched the extended video for "halo 2" and noticed there are no elites at all throughout the video...just grunts, jackals and brutes..if i am wrong..correct me..until the end of course..if I recall the brutes and elites are fighting amongst themselves bc of the power shift more to the brutes in the Covenant...correct me again if im wrong on this but I believe Master Chief doesn't really know much of whats happening between those two factions of the Covenant..I know MC and the Arboteur are fighting alongside one another doesn't mean they are best friends now..so at the end of the video you see the elite pods crash down on earth..for all he knows they are there to kill him..yes the elites activate their energy swords but none charge forward at him tho...they could be to kill all, to help the covenant and kill MC, or help MC and the humans....those are my thoughts...I could be wrong but watching that e3 2003 video looks more like how Halo 3 would go

well after reading the story on halo 3 wich alot of my friends say is not true lol but i still hope so but the ending is KICKASS hah if thats how it is (wich probably wont) then its another game to wait in line from 7 to 12:01 again

 

o and one more thing....i wonder if n e one else nodiced but in the 2003 e3 trailor for halo 2 or whatever its called i forgot where it shows i pimp movie on it, well i was wachin and listin too what the marines say and well lol its like the SAME exact words in the mombosa level in halo 2 or whatever where u land with sarge and fiht in the citie, the marines say the same things, so i thought that the movie they showed was a bit of everything and wasnt the reall level. but thats just me btu i still think they re-did the level to look diff.

Even if there was a date, im sure it would change once or twice due to unexpected difficulties.

Hey diablo, I gotta question for ya.

1. Will the Arbiter be in campaign mode again?
2. Will Halo 3 end the series and Halo will be the greatest game trilogy?
3. Will there be any new covenant forces(ex: Brutes in Halo 2)?
4. Will cortana return? Or will there be a new little pal for Master Chief?

 

I think Halo 3 will come out in one year, the shortest and two years, the longest. Two years would be the smartest idea. Heres why: It will come out on X Box 2, so they can add active lighting and all the special effects that Halo 1 and 2 didnt have. It will compete with PS3, and kill PS3's sales. BUT people could lose ineterest in two years, especially if another kick ass game comes out.
One year would make the most money because its just long enough to keep people wanting more, without losing interest and its coming out for a holiday with no competition = mucho money. And if they do that, they should make a special holiday halo edition with all three games. I doubt they will pull any surprises, like releasing it next month, they wont get any pre orderd sales. I also have a spiffy little theory about The Arch and why its on earth, but this post is already way too long. maybe another time ill post it, if anyone wants me too just say so
