inport cassestte tapes

i am looking at a product called Xitel INport to import my cassette tapes to hard drive then burn but i was wondering if there is anything else to use that gives a better quality and has more options in its software package..

Never heard. You could try connect tape player directlly to your sound card and record with Windows Sound Recorder.

 

I use Audacity, a free, good program.

 

i cant attach any recorder device to my sound card because my card is on the mother board so i needed to add an external device or a PCI card and wasnt to familar with any devices or PCI cards capable of giving a good quality result
