install plugins green screen

Hi everyone !!
When i go to menu addons and then i press download addons(green button) the list is empty.
Also at menu.sofware management.install local extension i choose memory /tmp and then a green screen appears.
I want to install a plugin tsmedia for example and i cant because of this.
i tried with usb but still the same green screen appears.
Some told me that maby it's an EPG problem.It downloads EPG to flash and the flash gets full.That's why there is a green screen.
Can that be the case ?(i have a Vu+solo pro by the way)
