    Hi all,

I just bought a Seagate 80GB hard drive. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction regarding actually fitting and configuring it. Any and all tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 40GB installed at present as master. I reckon it would be better to install the 80GB as master and use the 40GB as slave. What do you think?

Also, if I went that route, I would need to transfer all my data on the 40GB to the new 80GB. How can that be done, what would I need with regards to software etc?

I installed a DVD Burner not so long ago, which was quite straight forward, so I'm not a complete numpty.

As I said, any tips/advice would be very welcome.

    Thanks. Shaun.
