Installing bigger hard drive

    Look, it's obvious certain people posting here are gonna do nothing but confuse you. Here is the fact on EEPROMs and new hdd's going in the xbox.

    If you want to put a larger hdd in your xbox (bigger than the factory hdd) for example, a 120GB. One of the best ways to accomplish this is to mod your original hdd. Softmod will work fine. Once completed, transfer the EEPROM of the orig. xbox hdd to your PC...save it to a floppy disk and another location if you'd like. Now, you can use a program called xboxhdm to format your hdd via your PC. For that, you will only need the disc you create from the xboxhdm files, your new hdd, a floppy and a cd-rom drive.

    There are several tutorials floating around the web for using xboxhdm, here is the one I posted earlier:

    I don't need to softmod I have the X3CE and used slayers 2.6 but all I want to do is get the xboxhdm program on a disk or floppy to clone a hdd but when I run "make iso win" or something like that nothing happens?? I don't need the EEPROM to clone a hdd do I??

    So I have copied C and E into the specified folders my eeprom.bin file to the eeprom folder in xboxhdm. but when I click on "make-iso-win" nothing happens do I need to right a command or have somesort of program.
