installing scanner

    HI,I have a CANON REALIMAGECLASS printer MODEL# MF4450 i got a tool box installed but when i try to use it is telling me that i need to install the scanner driver but i can not locate where it is at tried googling it but get so many results it is hard to choose which one to use went to youtube and found a video that suggested useing the following web site ( www.driver-update-software.com )but leary about useing it as it wants to scan my PC would appreciate any thoughts on this,thank you.

    no problem. I've never used third party programs to find drivers as I always try the actual chipset's manufacturer 1st before doing a search on the net. also more likely that nasties will be installed using those third party driver search programs.
