The other day i bought a new motherboard (Abit SG95 SKT 775 7.1), CPU (ntel Celeron D 331) and some new RAM (1GB) for a small update for my PC. But before i installed all this new hardware my internet connection was a stable 700KB/s and now it's at a pathetic 10KB/s but the weird thing is that I can still get torrents up to 700KB/s just like before. Also, i can't connect to MSN or the activation server to activate my copy of Windows or to activate my anti-virus program. Is there any way i can sort this out so it was back the way it was before??

TCP Optimizer is a free, Windows program that provides an intuitive interface for tuning.

    Edit
    Check your firewall settings.
    What is your OS? XP?
