    No, it just suddenly one dong sound and disable
    when it is function, also slow, after I click, it takes sometimes to resume

    OK mac, first let's try resetting a few things and see if that works.
    I am setting a system restore point before so if it don't work out you can always Go Back..

    - ZOEK -
    1. Please download zoek.exe and save it to your desktop.
    2. Close any open browsers.
    3. Please Disable any Antivirus you have active, as shown in This topic.
      Note: Don't forget to re-enable it after the scan.
    4. Right click on zoek.exe and select "Run as administrator..." to run it.
    5. Please wait while the tool starts. It will appear to be doing nothing and may take 30+ seconds to come up.
    6. Copy the text inside the Code Box below and past it into the large window in the Zoek tool.
    7. Click on the Run script button
    8. Please wait patiently (it may take a few minutes) until a log report will open (this may be after reboot, if required).
    9. Please Attach that report (Zoek-results.log) to your next post. It will also create a log at C:\zoek-results.log

    NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to the operating system.

    Also mac, this can be caused by a ram stick that is not seated good. Check the ram and re-seat it if the above didn't work.

    mac, try gently moving the connector from the mouse at the usb port where it's plugged in while moving the mouse with the other hand to see if that will stop or start the pointer working.. may be a bad connection on the mobo..

    mac_t13, what is the make & model# of the laptop to see where your ram is located? does any other usb device you might have still work thru the usb ports besides the glide point?

    Hi, 2oG.
    I tried gently moving the usb connector, sometimes it work, sometimes don't. If I use the scroll wheel at the centre of my mouse, it immediate malfunction, when I don't use it also will malfunction after sometimes. When start up it normally ok but only can use for awhile. Is it time for servicing,,,,haha! Thank you.
