Can you please tell me which sites it is directing you to?

 

There have been a couple of victims of the same symptoms the last few days that have been able to clean it up using ComboFix.
The problem I see is that you are running Win7 64bit and ComboFix will not work with that!

Try running SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware then post the Logs here and we'll see if we can help in your case..
