Internet running pretty slow

Hi, Yeah I'm actually from the Republic of Ireland and I did do a speed test the other day with smart telecom and it said my dl speed was 831 kbps and my ul speed was 108 kbps, I done one just now and it was dl speed 735 kbps and ul speed 178 kbps. There's no comparisson in my speed now compared to the past couple of day's, that's for sure. My supposedly official speed connection from my broadband provider is a downstream of 1024kbps and an upstream of 128kbps. My pc is fine now, but I will keep those links in mind for the future, thanks.
