to aabbccdd, great idea to e-mail this thread to intervideo, for their costumer service doesn't answer. i hate i had to give up on this program just because they can't get their s--- together.
I agree that many other proggy's kick DVDCopy3's butt in respect to reauthoring features but a simple solution to this problem is DVDRemake which will work with any encoder/transcoder that I know of with exception to DVDXCopy xpress. I use it to edit all my video folders regardless of which encoder/transcoder I'm going to use (usually DVD-RB/CCE but sometimes DVDCopy3). Money well spent and highly recommended. DVDRemake makes DVDCopy3 superior to CloneDVD2 in all respects. Mort
on the dvdremake point, i have thought about it but, i have a question. once dvdremake is done doing all the aditing, will the resolting files be compress or uncompress? because if the file are, then make no sense to use it for one will not be compressing with intervideo but with remake. hope you see my point. thanks
Remake lets you get rid of the warning screens, trailers, extras whatever you choose to take out,or keep. You can even disable the menu buttons, so you cant choose what has been removed. Remake can do all this and more...but it only edits....it does not compress.
beautiful, thanks a lot jim-dandy. remake to edit, intervideo to compress and copytodvd to burn will be from now on.
Very well stated jim_dandy. Good choice elizerroj. You won't be disappointed. Here's the link to DVDRemake. http://www.dimadsoft.com/products.php Mort
Yeh that makes sense using 3 different programms to back-up a DVD. DVDShrink rules. yah but just using one program ,gets boring after 100 back ups i just did a back up of gladiator with dvdremake dvdcopy4 and copy to dvd , i was amazed at how good it looked, almost as good as dvdrebuilder
