Invalid IPA?

    Hi i have just jailbroken my ipod touch on ios 4.3.1. i have downloaded installous and appsync 4.0+ and evrything goes fine downloading etc, but when i go to install i get the msg " Invalid IPA " i have searched google youtube etc and i keep getting the same answer to download appsync 4.0+. But i have done this and it is still saying it. Any help is much appreciated.

    which version of Installous do you have installed?
