hi guys i have an iphone and my grandaughter has ipod touch,i put a music video on my iphone in formatt 1080p.mp4 it transfered to my iphone but then said it could not play this,any suggestions if this needs converting and if so what programme to use,also would this be the same for the ipod touch will i also need to convert,i also tried another which was dvd rip music video and this would not even transfer to my iphone do i need to do the same and convert into a different formatt thanks
What software are you using to convert or rip the videos? I think 1080 will be too high a res for the iphone and ipod touch, which is why it won't play. I personally, use nero recode for converting videos for ipod and iphone as it has setting specifically for ipod/iphone and makes the videos the correct size and resolution. So yeah, my suggestion is try converting at a lower resolution! ^o^
