iphone 4g on 4.0.2 can i jailbreak it ?

hey guys i just bought iphone 4g which is running on 4.0.2 from the company i didnt upgrad it myself i wanted to know how can i jailbreak it and what software should i use as im really confused there are so many blackra1n , limera1n , redsn0w , sn0wbreeze :| really confusing
and i want to know what dose mc mean ?
i saw couple of videos on youtube they where say non mc or mc models what dose it stands for ? plz help me out thx in advance
