hey, i have a 16gb unjailbroken iphone 3g since it came out and now experiencing various problems..

    1. top left, (part where u put ur ear to when in a phone call) it makes some clicky noise.. its not meant to but it does... :p
also i have had a little bit of rubber off from the silver bit and the surface of the iphone.

    2. my iphone seems like it needs some sort of calibration. sometimes when i want to click on a particular text conversation or contact, it selects the one which is 2-4 contacts/conversations below... it also happens with the music.

is this enough to get it swapped for a new one? dont want to go to the shop and find out they cant do anything or take my phone off me and get a me crappy temp phone.

thanks for reading and any comments will be apreciated.
