iPhone - o2 Contract - How Do I Vew My Remaining Text Messages / Minutes

    Hi every one

    I've recently signed up to an 18 month o2 contract. I get 200 mins and 200 sms text messages.

    I really use a lot of text messages, and I want to know how i can view how many text messages I have remaining for each month.

    If any one knows how I view this information then please tell me because I dont want to be going overr.

    I would also like to put a stop on how many text messages i send each month, e.g. when I have used my 200 texts o2 stops me from carrying on texting. Is this possible?
