Please help, guess I am not technically savy, just found this forum on search. I have not been able to get my 5th generation ipod to play any video, generally most podcasts and movies do not make it over from itunes to ipod, when they do, audio plays but but no video. This is true of podcasts including an ipod demo movie. I downloaded two programs from this site, one ripped dvd but only 5 minutes (wants a registration but I can't find data or info asked for). The ripped piece copied but did not play video. Are there special settings? Do I have to convert everything? Why doesn't Apple tell you this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ron
your ipod most likly has the TV out option turned on. Go to Videos/Video Settings/TV out/set that to either ask or off that should take care of it
