iPod charging and Podcasts

    Hello

    I just got the new iPod a 30GB White
    I want to know how long i should charge it
    each time.
    I dont really know stuff about Podcasts what are they and
    where can i get them fr free

    Charge your Ipod overnight, that way, you can't go wrong :)

    BTW podcasts are 99% free. In fact, I have never seen any @ any sort of fee.

    They are available through itunes.

    http://www.apple.com/itunes/

    Just click on the 'Podcasts buttons and you can download 'till your heart is content.

    You can subscribe to them also which means they automatically download the next installment of ur fave podcast.

    If u charge ur ipod overnight does it over charge the battery?
