I have an iPod Mini that I've purchased from bestbuy in May. I also got the 3 year warranty for $50. I think my iPod battery will go out in about another year or two. I want to know if they will fix it or give me a new iPod such as the Nano or whatever they release at that time.

    Thanx

read over your warranty paperwork. most likely, they'll just replace the battery.

Yeah, even though replacing the battery will cost them more money than a off the manuy line nano(Labor is costly, electronics have massive mark-up), they'll still do it instead because later on you will purchase another ipod anyway.

Send it back and they may well give you a new one. I have had a few ipod mini's due to battery and hardware problems
