Can anyone help please. I have just bought an ipod Nano and all i get on the screen is the apple logo. I have followed the reset instructions by holding the centre button and the menu simultainiously and i do get the apple logo but it will not do anything after this. Any help is gratefully appreciated Julian
You need to return it for a good one. This will not be hard if you got it from a reputable source. Nanos are relyable but what you discribe is a 'dead' one.
