   i had to reset my ipod to factory settings but ever time i try to bring up itunes it wont work , and everytime i download itunes and quicktime again it still doesnt work i am ready to kick my computer so that it will work ....but i know that wont happen ...what can i do ....also the itunes and quicktime site were no help

   Have you [bold]reinstalled[/bold] the ipod software. you have to do this after restoring it otherwise it won't sync with itunes!
