having so many problems today. downloaded files from morpheus are unable to be added to itunes library using the "add file to library" option. as soon as the the desktop window opens i click on a single video and everything closes with no explanation why. even re-downloading itunes did nothing. pulling my hair out with no idea how to fix it.

Are the files that you are trying to import MPEG-4 files?

yeah, using videora it converts any video and places them right onto my desktop. i'm guessing that's the only file type itunes will accept as far as video goes.

Try shortening the length of the name of the files while importing, then you can change them back once they're imported. For some reason, iTunes seems to reject some files with large names.
