ipod super froze

    First I have tried center button and menu for 12 sec +. Also tried plugging it into the PC. It won't recognize that it is there. Light is on ipod but won't budge. Also the hold button is in the off position.

    Parts, I didn't know you could get parts. I actually didn't throw it away. I finally got it to work. But it has been freezing up alot since. it is kinda old I wonder if it's gonna shit the bed. ???

    Assuming when you say "old" it is one of the 4th gen. and lower iPods it's very likely the internal harddrive is crapping out. And yes people do buy them, and their are replacement harddrives.
