Ipod universal dock

    does anyone else have a problem with the remote not working? tested battery and its ok. it didn't work right out of the box.

    If you got it from Apple bring it back, and get another one, im sure your not the only, im using a third party universal dock with remote and works great.

    yeah, just called apple and they told me the same thing.
