IPOD VIDEO 30GB HELP PLEASE IM SO FUSTERATED

hey lethal,its me again. well im still having problems downloading videos to my ipod. i looked at your tutorial and well what i have right now is videora so that s kinda a totally diffrent thing. so ill convert it right...then when i try to get then into itunes i go to add new file and well ill click on it and nothing happens.it doesnt add it to my library. so i dont know what to do. please help me! im going on like a three day trip tomorrow and is in need of something to keep my ocupied. thanks so much.

hey, i have been a frequent monitor of these forums for a while now and ive decided it was time to join. Anyway, im relieved to see that its not only me thats having the stubborn ipod that dosent appear in iTunes problem, thing is i know it cant be a problem with the ipod coz i already returned it and got a new one and my psp has no probs, i have ran command prompt and fixed all the errors and downloaded the ipod software but when i open the updater i get a message saying "cannot mount ipod" (wth does that mean??) i have a 60gb insead of 30gb but i doubt that changes anything does it? i really need help id hate to think ive blown all this money on something i cant use...

hey, im sorry but i dont think i can really help you guys with the problems you were having, but i was hoping that you might be able to help me with mine, its driving me crazy, ive tried everything i can possibly think of and/or find on the internet, but i cant really seem to find anybody else who is having the exact same problem as i am... and i dont understand it, anyway..... im trying to add a music video, i've downloaded videora and everything, i converted the music video (which is .mov) to mpeg4, which by the way i have tried quite a few different profile settings or w/e to make it work, and then i go and add it to the itunes library, which it does go into to, but then when i try to update it onto the ipod it says it's not the right file type, and not only that but when i try to play the video on itunes it just has the sound playing and it doesnt show any video, i just cant figure it out.... i have tried other file types (.wmv and .mpg) and they just give me slightly different but just as frustrating problems. I am really hoping someone knows what is going on, this is driving me crazy and i just dont know what to do... so if anybody might be able to help any advice or ideas would be really great, i swear im about ready to throw my comp. up against a brick wall...

ok. i followed all of apples soloutions on the link that lethal posted and nothing has changed, my ipod will not appear in itunes nor ipod updater, i hate to bother u guys again but is there any other way to make it appear or an alternative way to put file on appart from itunes?...
