I have had great luck with this case... ...http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/71202/wo/lA46aL45DDUx2cF99p5oSZDtIi0/4.SLID?mco=D1BCE8AD&nplm=TG282LL%2FA I take my iPod out off the case all the time and it works great! I recomend you use the back because the front comes off somethimes without it! ~Domreis
I have the iPod Socks becuz my sister has a white 30GB Video and i have the 30GB Black so we split them 3 each. Not bad, a bit expensive though and they smear the iPod. I would suggest getting the Agent 18 Case at apple.com/store click cases and u should see it. Nice case. Makes the iPod look thick but protects it.
im so surprised that there are no cases with a clear plastic film built in with it, all of the ones i have come across seem to protect evrything but the screen!
check this case out, http://thinkdifferentstore.com/product_info.php/cPath/140_141/products_id/1577 Its the best case ive seen so far for the ipod video. Im getting one very soon! Check out http://www.radtech.us/ for Ice Creme scratch remover and polishing kit, cases, and other accesories.
If your looking for a great way to protect your iPod from scratches and not necessarily a carrying case. then The INVISIBLE SHIELD is the way to go. I have one on my new 60GB 5G iPod and love it. I can put my iPod anywhere and not worry about it getting scratched. This is a phenonomenally strong, yet thin and transparent film applied to the entire body of my iPod. For details, pricing and purchasing go to: http://www.theinvisibleshield.com/ For the record, I do not work for and am in no way affiliated with the company that makes or sells these wonderful protections films.
most durable silicone cases for the iPod are the 'iSkin eVo3'. I highly recommend you check them out... http://www.iskin.com/eVo3gallery/features.html
Does the invisible shield peel off Mr49Guy? The iSkin is cool but it has that belt clip thing on the back.
the curves look a bit weird though. Anyone know when apple or some other company will make "iSkins" like they did for the Nano?
this is a good one that i purchased. http://www.radtech.us/Products/ClearCal.aspx it works awesome and it seemed to make the scratches disappear after i put it on.
yeah what i did is I bought a pretty good looking ipod video case with no screen protector, and i put this one on. so far no scratches on the protector yet.
