Depends on which dock you get & the thickness of the case..

Hey, I just ordered one of zCover's ISA 5G the other day. I'll let you know how it is. I should receive it tomorrow. They ship out of Canada, but they do ship worldwide. This is the line that I got
    zCover.

It's a silicone skin with a tiny silicone membrane that covers the clickwheel, and a hard plastic screen protector that slides in. Kind of like your basic silicone skin but this one also protects the clickwheel. I haven't found many cases that have that. The only other one I was considering was the eVo3 from iSkin until I saw a video podcast of it. Definitely didn't like it. The eVo doesn't have a real screen protector - it has this "VISOR" system that they designed. Basically it's a hard plastic cover that is the size of the entire iPod with a hole cut out for the clickwheel that slides into the corners of the skin. It looked really flimsy and like it could fall out very easily. That's why I went with the zCover one. They're both around the same price ($30-$35), but I think the zCover was better made. Just my two cents ;)

When you are buying a case make sure to check ebay!!!!! Ebay sells many great new cases for 1$. (not including shipping which is usually about 7) I have just brough myself a nice leather case which sells for 38$ in most stores on ebay from 8$. It was a great deal. (When i buy cases i personaly like to sometimes take it out of the case, if you are like me i recomend a leather case. If you don't get a heavyduty plastic or meatal case. On ebay if you buy the wrong case you can always relist it can get 90% or the price you payed back.)

Sorry about that guys. And yes, I got it on Friday. I really like it! It reminds me of the iSkin eVo2. It's a silicone case, everything is completely covered except for the hold switch and headphone jack. There's a little slit flap for the USB connection. It's got ribs on the side for a better grip. Really nice case. Hardscreen protector that slips inside just like the usual fare. On top of that the screen protector has a rubber ring on one side so it never actually touches the face of the iPod. Also, it doesn't slip around either. It's in there nice and snug, but safe. I recommend this one. The only caveat is that if you have a dock, you need to buy their $10 dock adapter... um.. adapter. Haha. The silicone if fairly thick, so you can't use the Apple Universal Adapter by itself - but it does plug into their adapter. A small price to pay. Personally I don't have a dock so it was not an issue for me, but I wanted to point that out. Oh, and the thin layer of silicone over the clickwheel protects it nicely but it's still just as sensitive. :) Hope that helps.

You're welcome. But like I said, it doesn't work *directly* with a dock. You need to buy their adapter first. But you will be able to use one with that.

Not a problem, Dom. Just wanted to make it clear so no one thinks about buying it and then gets disappointed when it won't fit stock ;) I tell you one thing, it (like most silicone cases) attracts hair like crazy! Haha, it's all good though, you can take it off and wash it with soap and water, just make sure it's dry before putting it back on! Glad to help. :)
