My ipod video 60gb, doesnt read in itunes but that computer does recognize it as a high speed usb device. I cannot access the ipod to restore it or update it, I already ran scandisk's on it using the ipods built in )hidden) utilities. Nothing works, please help.
Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes, if you have it and still doesn't work, please post a reply...
Yeah i have the latest version of itunes. I alrady fixed the problem myself though. What i did was remove my usb root drivers from my laptop and then winsdows automatically reinstalled them . Then i ran the ipod battery dead by playing music and videos, then i plugged it into a wall adapter and sort of rejuiced it. Thx anyway
