    I'm having problems with my ipod as soon a connect my ipod to my computer it restarts so I uninstall itunes then connected my ipod again to my computer and it recognized my ipod so reinstalled itunes thinking my ipod was was working then my computer restarted again I think itunes is the problem can any one help me.

    you have this in the wrong area

    and by the way it sounds like a firmware issue to fix just format the ipod using the format option in windows or in mac os x and then go into the ipod updater after the format do not disconnect the ipod after the format or your ipod will be dead

    I just got my ipod from the repair shop in my town they told me it was my hard drive and I need to buy a new hard drive I dont think Its my hard thats wrong
