Is it just me or is anyone else getting sick of all the question about Resident Evil2, and The Little Black Book! It's no wonder they are having so many problems when they don't take the time to [bold]Search[/bold] or [bold]Read[/bold]before posting the same question over and over.Who turns on the computers? That's All,I need a Beer.

    Hi geestar20,

I successfully backed up RE2 using VOBBlanker (to decrypt the DVD to my hard drive) then used DVDShrink to compess it and NERO to burn it to a DVD.

I am able to play and watch the backed up movie.

However, I try to backup my backup I get I/O errors. I have tried VOBBLanker, DVDDecrypter, DVDShrink and just plain copying the files from the VIDEO_TS folder to my hard drive and they all get I/O errors.

I don't know why I was successfull backing up the original DVD using the method I first mentioned, but I cannot backup the backup.

    Anyway give it a try.

Sorry guys, I was joking I was just poking fun of the people who couldn't figure it out after 13 pages of info.

I did backup RE2 using the PSL list provided by -LIGHTNING_UK- and dvd decrypter.

Why are you guys even bothering with that old game? It was released in 1998...Resident Evil 4 will be out next week for the GC.

Just joking, I know you are talking about the movie that has 10 topics and many pages discussing the problems with backing it up.

silly, if you would read the forum, or do a simple search you would know to use Notepad. Then throw it in the fireplace and watch the pretty flames.

Big fat crayons work best in my opinion. But don't use the blue one. It causes errors.

The fireplace is quicker. You can reach speeds of 16X that way. But another alternative is the oven but you can only get about 2.4X out of it.

All this hoo-hah over Resident Evil 2. It's one of the worst movies ever. You earned those coasters.
