is it newsoftware

Hello there
I have a black eurovox and all was working well till now it just say something like return to your supplier not sure but then it shut down and wont restart any ideas is it anything to do with new software because i thing its not in it
any help would be greatfull as always

Did you not put the september critical update firmware on?,because if not it may need to be jtagged.

No need for soldering just buy this kit from TMC http://www.tailor-madecircuits.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=23&products_id=32 and it goes directly onto the header, it also comes complete with all software, instructions and tsop image at a cost of £15.

 

Thyank you verymuch thats a great help but i know i can return to my supplier without a problem,,,,,,,,buttt i have some thing else that i can try A jtag on so i will be trying it soon.
