Is it possible to add files onto an already made CD

I know this isn't possible on a DVD/CD-R when I didn't check the multisession disk.

But for example I have this game CD. I want to add game updates on the CD. So that when I install the game next time I don't need an internet connection to install the update, I just use my CD and find it there and double click.


Can I do something like this with NERO7?

If what you have in the CD is an installer for the game, I don´t see any problem. Just copy the installer and the update in a new CD/DVD.
If the game runs from the CD, I don´t know.
