Is it Possible to backup a HD dvd movie.......

Hi,

I am considering getting the xbox 360 HD Dvd player. My question is can I back up the dvd's I buy. I have windows xp, but not media center edition. Plus aI don't have a HD-Dvd player drive in my computer.
I was just wondering since HD discs hold so much information how it would possible to make a back up.

Anydvd has made it possible. I was thinking about getting the 360 drive aswell for making backups and watching my HD movies.Just waiting for someone to confirm this works before I buy.

I know hd dvd means high density dvd
Is backuping hd dvd the same to backuping common dvd?
I want to know whether backuping hd dvd needs more disks.

 

you are wrong HD means High DEf not high density in order to back up HD dvd you need a HD burner + software the blank hd media will run you about $20.00 each and the burner appox 900.00
