   i downloaded a movie to find find out that it is in mpeg4 v2. i tried to convert it using TMPGEnc but it didnt work. i tried FlaskMpeg and that didnt work either.i was wondering if it is even possible to convert mpeg4 to mpeg1 or another format so i can make a vcd? thanks in advance

   You need to get Microsoft's latest WMV (Windows Media Video) codec in order to read MS MPEG-4 files.
