is it possible to convert VOB to MPGs or MOVs?

Would like to take vob files and use them in an iMovie presentation...is this possible?

Well I already bought dvdxdv. They update it constantly. Haven't used cinematize. Note: I don't think either one will work with encrypted data though so you'd need to rip it if it is commercial.
