Is it possible to increase RAM

    i have a computer with 128 mg ram. it is quite slow for many games and softwares so i was wondering is it possible to replace the ram with a 512 mg and how .

    Yes, it is possible. However, you have to check your mobo specs with a tool like this to see what type/speed of ram is compatible. (Read about that program CpuZ here.)

    Once you have done that, decide on some RAM to buy, like PNY (that's a brand name btw) etc and buy it. Thenm unplug your old ram and put the new stuff in. If you have enough room, just plug the new one in. Simple really. If you have problems booting up after putting the new ram in, remove it, and then check it is the right type etc.

    also, one thing you should know is dont mix faster ram with slower ram, otherwise the faster ram will run as slow as the other one
